Staying at this hotel was a truly unique experience. The rooms, while not easily accessible for those with mobility challenges, offer a sense of luxury within the castle's repurposed spaces. The size of the rooms was impressive, especially considering the affordable price. However, the location may not be the best choice for dining with stunning views and plenty of rooms available within the castle.

The service at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff were very pleasant, it seemed like they could benefit from some customer service training, especially at the bar. On the plus side, the range of services offered, from room service to pet amenities, was impressive.
